Refund policy
Return Policy:
At our establishment, we pride ourselves on maintaining a flexible and customer-friendly return policy, designed to accommodate our patrons to the fullest extent possible. We extend a warm welcome to replacements under the following conditions:

Dispatch of Wrong Product or Mismatched Selection: In the event of a wrong product being dispatched or if the received product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

Identification of Major Quality or Manufacturing Defect: Should you identify a major quality or manufacturing defect in the received product. Please note that minor imperfections resulting from manufacturing processes or otherwise are not considered defects or quality issues.

Receipt of Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Incompatibility with Desired Decor: If the product doesn’t fit into your expected decor, we offer a refund for the purchased product amount after deducting Reverse Logistics charges. Return shipping charges are calculated at 10% of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for products above INR 5,000, and INR 500 for products below INR 5,000.

Refunds will only be provided after we receive the product and it clears inspection by our quality team.

If the product fails the quality inspection or is received in a damaged condition, no refund (in any form) will be processed.

Replacement items sent are considered final sale, and no further return or exchange is applicable on items sent as replacements.
Refund Policy:
Once a refund has been initiated by Diman in accordance with our Returns Policy, customers can expect the refund amount to reflect in their account within the following timelines:
NEFT: Customers are required to provide their bank account details for any refunds. The refund will typically reflect in your account within 5-7 working days post-refund initiation, subject to processing times of your bank partner. Refunds will be transferred exclusively to the bank account provided. In the event of any refund discrepancies, Diman reserves the right to request a screenshot of your bank statement at its sole discretion.
Please note that the initiation time for refunds may vary, as it is contingent upon the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Diman warehouse.
Important Notes:
Diman will only initiate the refund once the returned item has safely reached us and has passed our quality inspection. If the returned product is received in a damaged condition or fails quality inspection, no refund will be provided in any form.

It is important to note that none of our products come with a warranty.
