Shipping and Order Cancellation
At Diman, we are committed to delivering products in impeccable condition and with utmost efficiency. As an introductory offer, shipping is currently free for all prepaid orders placed on Diman. Standard shipping methods are employed, and deliveries typically take 3-10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
In the event of a cancellation by the customer before shipment, a complete refund of the order amount will be initiated, excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Customers are required to provide their bank account details for any refunds, with the refund being transferred directly to their bank account.
Manufacturing and Warranty:
Our diverse range of products originates from various countries, including India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. It's important to note that none of our products come with a warranty.
Fair Usage Policy:
While we strive to offer an exceptional shopping experience, we have observed instances of misuse of our generous returns policy. To safeguard the interests of our valued customers, we reserve the right to implement COD convenience charges and disable the cash on delivery option for accounts exhibiting a high frequency of returns or declined shipments. Confirmation amounts may be required in specific cases to ensure order acceptance upon delivery, failing which the order may be canceled.

Delivery and Pilferage:
All orders placed on Diman are dispatched through reputable courier partners such as Delhivery and Amazon Shipping. In the rare event of receiving a partial item or order, or an unauthorized/void packet, please notify us within 24 hours. Ensure that you refrain from using the affected item and provide necessary information and images for our investigation. Refunds for such cases will be processed only after the completion of the investigation and clearance of our quality inspection.
It's imperative to retain the packaging until the return process is finalized. Please note that refunds may not be applicable in certain scenarios, as outlined in our policy.
